Nate went above and beyond to help me out with my order that kept getting cancelled know door dash. Took the time to take my order and get us our pizza. Cudos to you nate. You were amazing. Places need more people like you!

i ordered $70 worth of food for my family and i the other day. instead of telling me they were out of something they just replaced it without calling me to let me know or ask me what i’d like instead. the worker christy or chrisy was very rude and told me she couldn’t do anything when i asked for my money back. told me to call back the next day and when i did they told me nobody there could do anything. very unprofessional and irritating especially when i spent so much money with the company. it would’ve been an entirely different story if someone from the store called me when they realized they were out of what i ordered.
This is a shout out to the people I had the pleasure meeting today for lunch.The service well the manager corrected me in a positive manner, one I'd expected but never see when out at local eateries. The order we places was hot and DELICIOUS. Being a past.member of management from a division where I worked in multiple stores with hundreds of Hutters i have to say I was hesitant cause Lst time is was at pizza hut in pittsfield I asked how can they be allowed to tarnish the brand. I think today I was like it's a different company. AND thank GOD it is.I will not hesitate to frequent this place as to the comment on prices that guy doesn't understand a fair prices ensures a better outcome.Once again THANKS for the experience.
The restaurant is always clean and the service is always fast. Unfortunately Pizza Hut is more expensive than other chains and sometimes is even more expensive than local places. If you specifically want a pizza hut pizza it's great, but if you just want a pizza in general you can get a better value elsewhere.
I placed and order through the app and I most of my ordered was correct but the BBQ Chicken pizza I ordered was supposed to not have onions and bacon on it. But the one we received had them on it! I had unchecked them on the app but when the order went though for some reason it put them back on the order.
Always ready when we get there to pick it up, friendly staff.

Food was excellent. Customer service was wonderful. We sat in the dining room after picking up our pizza and one of the employees brought our pizza to our table and went back to get us plates and napkins.
