Excellent food and atmosphere. Friendly staff and it's easy to see why this is a neighborhood favorite. Even when it's busy, they finish my order quickly and accurately. 5/5
This place is a joke the customer service is horrible they are rude lady messes my order up and says I’m beat because now they are closed you can get your sons food tomorrow if you want smh crazy wish I never gave you a tip never would I recommend this place to anyone nothing like the place I remember I never write reviews or do this I usually keep it to myself but not after how the girl that took my order talked to me and then they don’t care about the food I didn’t get was the icing on the cake.

I needed to feed a bunch of high schoolers and adults before an event. Papa Joe's stood out for positive reviews. 1. The kind woman (the owner I think) who answered the phone patiently talked me through some decision making. She knew exactly how many slices were in each so it made it easy to calculate how many pizzas order. 2. Help is scarce around here so I assumed I'd have to pick up. Nope. She asked when do you want these delivered? 3. She asked Do you need plates and napkins with that? Why yes! Thanks! 4. I called the morning of the event to add a gluten free pizza. No problem! 5. The smiling delivery person, Steven, showed up right on time and then made the 4 trips up the stairs in an obscure back driveway he managed to find, lugging very heavy bags of pizzas and 10 liters of soda. 6. The pizza? DELICIOUS! Haven't had any this good in years! The kids and adults loved it including a big guy in a growth spurt who went right for the veggie! 7. An incredible price for all this wonderful food and service!! I'm a foodie snob, and I'm going right back for more asap! PS. I just did some calculations and (don't tell Papa Joe!) With basically all the pizza and drinks the kids could possibly consume, with lots to take home, it came to about $10. per person!
They have great food . We had a catered birthday party for my mom. Everything from the ziti to the chicken parm was fabulous. Highly recommend fir parties.
Poor customer service. You offer to order online. But if the service is down there is no follow up. Just a call to say too bad. How would they still have the phone number and name but not the order. You lost a 45.00 sale nam name

We ate here 4 times while we were in Pittsfield for a week. I had veal Parmesan or a cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. My wife had a cauliflower crust pizza, lasagna, and manicotti. All were very good and reasonably priced. They have house made Italian bread as well. Service was very good for dine in and take out.
I order a steak and cheese grinder and it took over 2 hours to get to where I live and it was roast beef and not correct and cold. I love papa Joe's. I always recommend them but last night was horrible. I don't know if it was the staff last night but I was really disappointed. I live about 5 minutes away.
Olivia was great, they were understaffed, but she did her very best, the woman working with her, might have been her boss was so nice to her,its a very rough time for this kind of business, wish more people would be more understanding
