We were happy to find someplace that was open. The food was decent, but there were a few issues the night we went. Our beans and rice were hardly warm, but the rest of the entree was. The carnitas were just ok, not nearly as flavorful or tender as I’d expect. Also, their fryer was broken and awaiting repair, so there were no chips/salsa, and nothing fried available. We ordered two similar drinks, but one had alcohol…I wouldn’t have known which was which. I don’t know if this was an off night for them, but if I lived closer I’d give them another try.
Their food is fantastic and the service was great!!! We had a large group come in kinda late and they took care of is with the utmost courtesy.
It was good, and exactly what I had expected considering the location. Not a whole lot of flavor, but the empanadas were great. Reasonably priced, nice staff, very nice atmosphere. I’d go back
Pancho’s may not be the only place to find Mexican cuisine in Pittsfield, but it is the only to have consistently provided high quality food and service throughout my life (27 y/o). There is no place I would recommend more & highly encourage all to stop in - a choice you will not regret!
Jesus owner is a good man. So lovely to invite me in to look around. I went to visit for the day I could have stayed all day basking in the artistic atmosphere and glorious cuisine. Just go. ?????
Always fresh, delicious, and generous portions! We make it a point to stop in whenever we're in the area.
Was there over the weekend food was good but the Portions was very small don’t recommend will never go back again.
Good food , reasonable prices. We both ordered Chicken Chimichangas and they were delicious. Free chips and salsa to start. We asked for guacamole with the chips, which was terrific. Decor is so-so but not offensive. We stopped in for lunch around 12:30 pm on a Thursday, only customers were one other table. A few folks came in for takeout. Next time in town, I'd come back.
Had a great time. This is a family owned business, with real home made food and sauces. We enjoyed the fish burrito and the chicken quesedilla.Try their home made jalapeños
Chicken tacos bland beef taco was ok!! Guys our people cook with alot of flavor this was not on point rice blah never will I go there again. You customer base must not know about the seasonings that are supposed to explode on these taco and burritos.
