Wow! Started our day with a cup-o-Positivity!…Best breakfast we’ve had in a long time! Great waitstaff, kitchen crew was rocking it, and the food was insane! Bravo, Otto’s- everything was fabulous. We’ll be back!

We've been coming to Otto's since we moved to Pittsfield 5 years ago. The food is excellent, the menu has all of the favorites, with a twist. One of the only places that have grits (yes I'm from the South {South Brooklyn}). Their grits are without a doubt, the best I've had. If you don't believe me, try them yourself. The staff is friendly and very attentive without being intrusive. I don't usually give 5 stars, this place earned it.
Once again on the road as travel nurse enjoying a new area and it's food. My friends & I have been enjoying a meal here after church for weeks & have enjoyed a variety of breakfast offerings. On this Sunday I ordered eggs Benedict at the bar. Plating was lovely but something was not right from the first bite. I felt the sauce was "sour" & invited a companion to taste it. She immediately said it had too much acid. After relaying my displeasure to the bartender the plate was removed presumedly to the kitchen and then returned to me. The bartender told me it was "impossible" the bernais was spoiled as it's made daily. Lastly she acknowledged there may have been too much lemon contributing to the odd taste. At no time was an offering of changing my order out. I was speechless. The bartender was not helpful. She asked if I would be finishing my breakfast & I said no. Two bites gone and then the final blow. It was charged in total to our cheque. This was poor customer service all around.
This place had great food, for really great prices. The place was clean with nice decorations and setup. Our only complaint is the waitress. The waitress took our meal order, and we didn't see her again for 20 minutes, and only saw her then because I went to go find her to see the status of our food. Our drinks were completely empty by that point, and we needed to leave, so our food had to be switched to go. Otherwise, nice place!
“Terrible food, even worse staff!”Now hopefully Otto’s can put me on one of their delightfully humorous t-shirts. The ambiance is great and the “bad review shirts” greatly add to the aesthetic.We came in about half an hour before closing, but were still treated with fantastic service, got seated very quickly, and our waitress was wonderful. The food served was just as great too.Do not listen to Chelsey S., and absolutely DO waste your money here; it is well worth it.
Great local place, good food and great service. The place is usually pretty full on weekends, so make sure you get there early. Be sure to check out the specials as they have some amazing meals there.
Homemade sauces, creative food combinations and lots of choices with breakfast all day! An unexpected gem with thoughtful waitstaff. We were very impressed and will be back!
Otto’s , Absolutely the Best in town ! Weather Breakfast, Lunch, any time really ! Best Steak & Eggs breakfast, great flavor, Pancakes so fluffy . The staff is amazing ! We love our regular waitress Jenna !!! So polite , helpful , friendly and professional! The restaurant is Always Spotless , any time day or night . Bathrooms , spotless as well . Stop in , you may have to wait a few minutes during peek times , but it’s worth it . Home cooked , Fresh ingredients, great pricing, portions huge . And the Best staff around !
