Absolutely terrible delivery service. I requested delivery to my workplace. The food was to be dropped off at the front desk per my instructions. I got a call three times while I was in with a patient, and was not able to answer. I called the driver back and I was very polite and got nothing but attitude. I will never EVER order from here again and I will be sure to tell my coworkers and family to do the same. I am disappointed I already gave the driver a $5 tip over the online ordering service.
I have been eating a Golden Phoenix and ordering there since the day they came here and they've always been great lately his daughter I guess has been taking the place over and it has gone downhill dramatically in the last 2 years I ordered last night and I had to throw away $30 worth of food because it wasn't even eatable I'm very mad about this I know if other people read this too
I have been ordering from Golden Phoenix for years. Their food is always delicious. And I have never had any issues with my order.
I always enjoy ordering here, most of the time they get everything right and I'm very happy. But be careful if you order online things like fries will be a little soggy and the ASAP time is an estimate but I never have to wait more than an extra 20 min. I know what I'm getting here and I will still be a repeat customer.
Always easy to order online. They are super quick with delivery unless its really busy which is justifiable. The food is fresh, hot, and always tastes like they use fresh oil. Highly recommend.
They great food,, and when they need to upgrade there facility , they're all on it quickly .and keep up their service well.... I'm happy with their service and their food

We ordered at 5:30 it took over 2 hours to get our food!!! Thats just craziness!!! Never order from them again!!!
Ordered a couple times. Deliveries are pretty quick, drivers are polite and the food is hot and delicious. I teccomend
Food is fine but definitely Pick it up yourself. Delivery guy was rude and very late.
