Amazing place servers where very professional and very helpful. Food was awesome as well.

This is an awesome place to eat of you have a large appetite. The food is amazing,greasy but good and the food was ready in just minutes. I would suggest this restaurant to anyone who loves a good burger and freshly cut potatoes for thee best French fries. I give 5 guys 5 stars...
It was my first time visiting this restaurant. The staff wasn't overly friendly but they were polite. They place was clean and neat. Food was worth the stop.

When we first arrived in Pittsfield, this location was an embarrassment to the Five Guys franchise. We went several times, always ordering the same thing, and they always got it wrong. It was frustrating enough that I initially left a 1-star review.Things have changed. When we first came here, usually only one person was working really hard, while the other staff hunched sulkily over the prep counter or the grill with dour looks on their faces. But thankfully these folks seem to be gone for now! The times we've come here lately everyone was very helpful, competent, and aiming to get things right.And the best part is that for that last couple of visits we actually have gotten what we ordered! :-)
As usual, burgers were cmade perfectly, plenty of fries and their handmade shakes are great.
I got takeout last night the burgers were undercooked and pink I don't suggest eating the meat it isn't very good made me sick. Consequently that's not the first time. Thought I give it another chance not last time I eat there.
Best burger & fries I have ever eaten. The best for my hubby too.
