Ordered a BLT bagel with cream cheese. Price listed on chalkboard was $5.80, I was charged $7.98. When I asked about it the associate told me the prices changed and I was not offered a credit. This is very bad business and customer service.
If your prices increased then why not state the updated price on the menu instead of charging a much higher price than what is listed. $5.80 versus $7.98. You should charge for the price advertised instead of saying there was a price increase and the listed price is not correct. I never heard of such a thing.
The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. I absolutely love the chocolate muffins
