I feel like it's hit or miss with this Dunkin. Generally, the staff is kind, but I've had my order messed up, it's incomplete, or I'm not able to order what I want after sitting a long time in the drive thru line. If it wasn't conveniently on my commute I wouldn't get my Dunkin fix here.
I have to Live next to Legit the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. No matter who they hire they never seem to fail at getting everything wrong and being EXTREMELY RUDE. you have no idea see for yourself if needed. Someone needs to send the owner of the place THEY ARE SO BAD ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY.
had an awful experience I went in there night and waited at counter for about 5 -6 mins the woman was outside in a black shirt smoking after she finished her cigarette she came back inmade an order for a large frozen coffee and egg cheese wake up wrap and 2 hash browns for my son the woman was huffing and puffing when I ordered food she was missing one of the hashbrowns and when I told her it’s like she tried to accuse me of lying snd said it was there and she put it there she then looked in the bag and seen that there was only one hash brown I didn’t have time to wait or debate she was very rude and extremely unprofessional slamming stuff around back there i’m not sure name heavyset woman with glasses black tshirt and jeans
The kid working the register has no experience and messed my order up and it was a simple order
Always quick service and pleasant staff. Usually running out to grab several coffee treats for staff.
The wait time this morning was a little longer than I would’ve liked, but the blonde woman in the window not sure her name definitely made up for it very friendly and efficient I always see her zooming around even when busy making sure everyone is taken care of & my coffee tastes great I look forward to it when I see her in the window haha I wonder if it’s rude if I specifically ask for her to make my coffee ?

Too pricey. Coffee no better than McDonald's. Sometimes you even get lukewarm to cold.
Best Dunkin’ in the Berkshires… might be slow at times but service is excellent and coffee tastes delicious… employees always go the extra mile to make sure my drink is made correctly
