It’s a Domino’s! Fairly average. The people are all very nice! I just wish the app would give an idea of how long an order would take /before/ placing the order to gauge scheduling.
Good place the food took a few extra minutes and they gave me a code for a free pizza
We ordered our normal pizzas, double pepperoni with cheese and sauce, and a pepperoni & bacon, cheese, and sauce pizza. What we received was a double pepperoni pizza and pepperoni and bacon pizza, both with no sauce and no cheese. We called the store and the manager Jess answered, She was incredibly rude and had horrible customer service and telephone technique. She told us she could nothing about it because the app glitched our recent order We always clock on. She even hung up on us. We then double checked the app and it automatically deselect sauce and cheese. She said, with a very rude attitude, "would like to with cheese and sauce, and we said yes please, she said ok wait 30mins and hung up on us again.We always order from Elm St. Dominos for the past 5+ years, and 2-3 times a week. We have never had an issue but today was the worst customer service I've ever seen.
I just wanted to say thank you to the dominos team at elm street who provided us with a free gluten pizza after the order was screwed up upon delivery. The delivery woman was amazing and dealt with the issue so professionally and we had a new pizza at our door in less than 30min.Now that's the dominos I remember back in the day!!!!We will order from here again!!Thanks.
Great curb side service, all my pizzas were as ordered online! No talking on the phone or getting out of the car? Heck yes!
When I was placing my order, the woman was incredibly rude. Horrible service. Upon picking up my order, it was the same woman over the phone and she continued to be rude, even going so far as to interrupt me. I commented how rude she was being with a simple, “wow” and instead of apologizing for her manner, she laughed! Not to mention, only one of the workers was wearing a mask. Wouldn’t recommend.
Usually their good, the girl who took my order was extremely rude. I get things get stressful and times are hard but I feel that things like this should be public in this area so people can see the truth. I ordered a pizza for my son and I and she talked to me like I was bothering here. I almost just cancled the order because if her attitude stinks like that I'm not sure I want her making my pizza.
Fabulous service brought everything out to the car when I did not even do curbside pickup lol love these guys they're great
