This is now the second time we have gone where we stood at the hostess stand to be seated for over 10 minutes. We just walked out again and went to Applebees. There were employees there who just looked the other way while we were waiting. Don’t waist your time or money there.
I was at chillies in Pittsfield the other day n ordered 2potato soups and 2 street cobs with my wife...we called in the order n when we got there we paid for the food n left them a nice tip... when we were leaving we decided to park near by n eat..to our surprise...our soup was half full and our street cob had none of the the ingredients it should have on it...my wife said just forget about it...I said no ..so I went back n when I re entered..all I heard was a few girls laughing in the kitchen..I was like hello..but I got no response.. finally a manager came n had a bad attitude n pretty much said take this and go...we will never go back again...no customer service.no reason to return...it's the worst food place ever
Went there for the first time with my girlfriend, usually I don't leave reviews for restaurants but Myself and my girlfriend will never eat there again. Was seated pretty quickly but due to the staffing shortages took a little bit of time to get all of our food out. Food came out cold other than the fries which was probably the best part of the meal, we both had the chicken sandwiches. Unfortunately tho I happened to notice when the table across from us out their meal the server carrying it out had his his fingers all over that poor guys food. Later that evening and next today I became sick along with my girlfriend with food poisoning. Along with not so great service from our waitress, seeing someones server with their paws in their food and becoming sick is the reason I'm leaving a one star review. Chili's definitely isn't anything special.
Ridiculous. Stood at doorway for 20 minutes. Watched staff look lost. I know short staffed but no leadership with what staff that was there. Love the food there but had to go next door to Apple Bees. Got right in and seated even though place was packed.
This was a good stop for a simple lunch. The food was familiar, but the service was a bit slow and uneven. It wasn't a busy time of day, so it was unsurprising that there wasn't a great deal of staff.
Our party of twelve (12) had lunch here on 3/28. Going in, we knew the ongoing staff shortage and with a big party there would be issues. We were prepared to deal with them.Our server TREVOR proved us wrong! He was polite, upbeat and on top of it!Trevor, and the kitchen staff, did an amazing job serving us. The orders were correct. The refills kept coming. The deserts were timely. Great job, guys!You helped make our eating experience very pleasant. Thank you.
Terrible service, no one to great or seat you upon arrival. Told to wait 15 minutes although many tables were empty. Bartender ignored us when we wanted to know if someone was going to seat us
Never again! Food was cold, manager could care less about how her staff work. When we got our seats it took well over ten minutes just to get our order taken, our waitress walked off the job didn't get half of my meal my chicken was pink and cold to the touch. When I had the food taken back the staff acted as if I was crazy and then another 30 minutes later I told them to just forget about my order mind you this was 4pm and we were one of two tables in the whole place.
Ordered a salad and drink for curbside pick-up, it totaled to $17. I waited for almost 30 minutes before calling and asking where it was, the girl said it was ready but no one brought it out. When it finally came out it looked like it had been sitting out all day, not fresh at all. The avocado was rotten along with the lettuce. Would never buy this again.
Walked in the door and waited next to another couple that was there when we walked in. They were ignored and left but we stuck around for about 5 more minutes and we’re also ignored. Staff members looked at us but didn’t seem to care about seating us. Got sick of waiting so we went over to Applebee’s next door! Seated immediately, delicious food! Hope Chili’s can learn from the excellent customer service next door!
