Never order from Burger King on 1st Street in Pittsfield Mass do you have to be a genius to take a food order cuz it seems you must there six times I've ordered only three sandwiches and three fries how hard is that yeah every time I'm missing my sandwich six sandwiches they got me for if I was the one driving you better believe I would have checked the bag after the second time but no I wasn't so honestly there are some real dirt bags that work there with the IQ of I don't know a snail Mouse not a regular human being stay away from that place at all costs
Waited half an hour to get our food. They forgot our fries and ruined a burger with spicy chicken glaze. The service is absolutely terrible. Not enough people working there. The owners should be ashamed
I really like this place but lately if you purchase food in the dining room you have to wait a long time compared to drive through and there is no line in the lobby I don't understand it
We ordered on Halloween and they gave our food to the people in front they tried to give us the food they gave back
Walked all the way there, guy LOCKS THE DOOR RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE. Wait in drive thru walking because I just walked all the way to Burger King to get food, get told I can’t order through the drive thru when they just locked the front door. So, I call right, the manager is RUDE as hell. I said why did you lock the front door? They said short staffed. So why can’t I order through drive thru? Drive thru is only for cars. Okay is that allowed? Yes. Okay so who is your franchise owner? I’m not required to tell you that. And click. Hangs up. I called corporate waiting on a call back.
Normal Burger King, but nickel and diming the sauces is pretty cheap. I got two burgers and they charged me for sauce with them - "only if you get fries or chicken something"

Yesterday I didn’t get my change back so I went today and picked it up BUT I ordered a whopper no cheese no pickles plus 2 double hamburgers with no cheese and no pickles SO I get home started to eat the whopper here it has 5 pickles then I decided to open both double hamburgers and they each had 2 pickles. Pickles I can’t eat so I had to remove and wash my burgers down so I don’t get pickle juice. No I won’t be back again for anything and now I can see why my other family members prefer McDonalds
They did not give me my full order. I only got 2 drinks and 2 fries. I have been calling for over 10 hours today and they don't pick up the phone I'm missing 2 sandwiches from my 30$ order and I can't get in touch with anyone
The drive through service is ridiculously slow. For once they did get my order correct first time.
