Food was to fancy and overpriced. Wanted a tuna melt and it was soggy from all the extra upscale they did to it. Capers and tomatoes wasn't necessary and Swiss cheese was missing even if they put it in. I had to send fries back because they were dark brown and cold. Need to simplify there meals and make sure old food doesn't sit out back. Look I'm tired of places like Tony C not being responsible or quality checking their fare and being mediocre. We work hard for our money and with inflation your either paying more and getting less or paying the same and getting less. Not the way to do business and to top it, they want serve us cold meals.
Our waitress Shelly (according to receipt), wasn’t horrible but she wasn’t great either. Our food took awhile to come out and I couldn’t understand why because the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. She was MIA most of the time. Her customer service skills needs improvement! She checked on us because I signaled her. When we finally received our food from another waitress, Shelly came by and asked how are things. Before we could answer, she left. She slammed things on our table and left. receiving our tab was slow. Unacceptable. I hope she was just having a bad day!
Nice, relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff.Plenty of T.V's for sports watching and the food isn't bad either.
Our server was very Nice, friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were OK. We had chicken wings, Phyllis steak wonton, beer and Comeback Mojito.
One issue and they more than fixed it! Steak tips and pretzels were delish.
My husband and I dined at this restaurant this past Saturday, October 30th.I ordered a salad and found a bug in it.I called a waitress over and she took it away.The head cook came out and apologized and said that he was "two weeks into the job and he was training the kitchen staff".He was very nice and said he would comp the salad.My husband didnt want to say anything but the whole meal should have been comped.Not only that, but our waitresses finger nails were dirty and when serving our main meals (and my salad) her fingers were inside the bowl and our plates, which to me,is not very safe. We will not be coming back.

Good bar, super clean & open. Bright, well lit with a lot of tv’s. A tiny bit expensive & staff, while efficient, were not the friendliest. Nothing rude or anything like that, but not your friendly neighborhood bar, which in truth it’s not trying to be, so I guess no harm no foul. Manager was great, making sure we had the game on that we came to see in front of us which was very nice. Overall, very nice atmosphere, but food & prices were to be expected for a sports at a Shopping mall.
Margarita flat bread, crispy and delicious, Juicy steak tips and an awesome brownie with coffee ice cream!
Super friendly waiter. Food wasn't seasoned enough. Not bad but definitely wouldn't go there for the food.
