great atmosphere with remodeled bar- much more space and not as loud. food was great as well!

Last night the experience at Sylvan was excellent. First, the greeting staff and our waiter were professional and kind. My wife ordered the Chicken Parmesan and said it was very good and she would order it again. I had the Lobster Macaroni and cheese. This has been my favorite meal the past few years. And it's great at many local seafood restaurants. But the one last night was the best ever.

Great lunch choices, fast service and deciduous food! Convenient location between both malls with plenty of parking. The portions are a good size and lunch prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it to anyone.

5.22.22. Waited 20 minutes for a booth. 4 Other people came in and were seated befor us. When it was our turn, we were brought in to a table and I reminded the person we waited 20 minutes for a booth and she brought us to a booth . There were 6 booths and many tables open, why a 20 minute wait? We come here a couple of times a month . We like this place but I don't think it will be our first choice anymore. On the good side our server Molly was awesome. Our food was served quickly and was excellent as well.

Gerry is simply the best!He knows how to make customer happy.the owner should feel proud of him.honestly this is a riview more about him than sylvan street.Last week was a dissaster ,they made a mojito that taste like only tonic water and they even didnt apologize about it ,but its ok .today i come back cuz i know gerry was here .he is simply the best

I heard about this place from a coworker, for me it left a little to be desired. The food was mediocre at best, service was slow starting but after finding out I'm a chef, miraculously the service picked up and became more attentive. If one is up for a roulette of service, give Sylvan a try.

the seafood was awesome and plenty of it

Good time! They have two sided dining available. If you want to see a game or for just a chilled environment the newly renovated bar is a great space for friends to relax. The dinning room is spacious and is a great place to relax with family. The menu is full of good food to choose from! A definite stop in!!

We Went for St Patty's Day lunch, both ordered corned beef and veggies special. Very disappointed. Had to send 1 plate back due to meat was 80% fat. Once returned, both dinners' meat was extremely dried out (cooked and reheated tasting), potatoes were half-cooked. Service started out friendly, but quickly lessened once I left almost all my plate to be removed (not interested in eating anymore of it), (waitress could of offered a different meal or sandwich, or credit it off the check, but instead once paid, walked by and left cc slips in holder with her back to us, and left it on the table corner).

Wow wow wow . Kudos to your bartender Gerry (Gerald S). He is certainly an asset to your restaurant. Even though the Peabody restaurant doesn't carry PBR he was very good at changing my mind to something else.
