There are hundreds of roast beef places in the North Shore and Rizzo’s is certainly one of them. Perfectly decent place to get a roast beef if your in the area. Prices stack up decently compared to other beeferys in the area. Nothing reinventing the wheel, just your friendly neighborhood roast beef joint.My only real complaint is that whenever I ask for pickles on my roast beef, I get what is perhaps the most pickles I have ever seen slobered on a 3 way sandwich. I swear to god they put a whole Cucumber on my sandwich every time I ask for pickles on my beef. And they ain’t even bad, they’re good pickles! I would eat those pickles straight outta a jar if I could but would I put THAT many pickles on my sandwich? Probably not. So if you’re looking for pickles on your beef at rizzos, make sure you ask for “lite” pickles

The man at the counter didnt know that I knew what he was saying but he was very insulting. He called a boy who did nothing wrong a "Jack***" in Arabic. The boy bought pizza, he said nothing. He doesnt even know hes been insulted. I politely confronted him and asked him if he normally calls his customers that and he called me it as well. He also pretended to throw the food I ordered in my face. I didnt insult, I was polite. It was very humiliating for him. No reason for this behavior. I suggest reviewing this behavior.
Never fun to be yelled at for no reason..I have never returned a sub. But today, I had to. 13.88 is a high price for a steak bomb around here. Let's just say 7 dollars of the sub wasnt there and I felt actually swindled. I live next to this place and am certain someone new has taken over(a son trying to jack up profit and cut meats). Never have I felt taken advantage of by a sub shop until now. Please respond and tell me how your mediocre sub in that much more than a steak bomb at any other shop RIGHT BY YOU. they are cheaper by 4 dollars and better. I can bring you one if you need to see how it's done right.
