Staff is super rude every time I go there. Skimped me on chicken and charged me $16 for a single quesadilla. Charged the guy before me with the same order $12 of course no receipt was given..
Today was my third time visiting that QBOBA in Peabody. There is a Spanish lady that was serving in the front and she was very disrespectful to me. And in front of all the other customers she treated the manager like trash because the manager told her to prepare my order like I asked her to do it. She should be working in a jungle. And that was my first time seeing her in the restaurant because I never go to that place in there morning , I can describe her as a lady that has a lot of pimples on her face because I don't know her name.
Food is very good, customer service could use some work. You get ignored for 5 minutes when you walk through the door.
So I decided to try Qdoba for the first time because my sons' wanted burritos and this restaurant was the closest. We got in and the place was not busy at all. So I took a minute to read the menu options and then went to order. So I asked if they do medium burritos. The answer was No. I asked if they have a smaller size tortilla and the answer was No. Then I asked if the could split the burrito in half. The answer to that was No. Then they pointed to the small selection of kid friendly menu options. I reluctantly ordered a chicken and steak burrito and some drinks. I was able to split the chicken burrito for my kids with ease. And we enjoyed the burritos. The reason for my 2 stars is for the "No" answers that I received from the employees without them offering an alternative. What kind of training did these employees receive? I am paying for the service and I don't think I was asking for too much. How rigid can these employees be? It's not that hard to think outside the box and offer good service. No wonder I was the only one there with kids. Probably if they can have smaller burritos parents would bring their kids here. It will be a while before I come back. Management train your employees.
Look the staff was awesome, no complaints there. Its just the food, the food sucked. Not a burrito worth buying or even eating.
Management needs to train better customer service, which is horrible! The employees talk so much within themselves that they don't even acknowledge the customers for a while. I just experienced this but didn't say anything. Then I saw a customer complain in the store about them being unprofessional and as the customer was walking out, the employee called him stupid multiple times. The whole store heard it and it was really uncomfortable. The food is good, but I'm not sure if I want to eat there anymore, not the first time something like this happened there. This is management's fault 100%
Just like every other doba but constantly out of something and usually something important like rice which makes no sense considering what it takes to make rice literally had a sign the night before that said sorry out of food I eat here a lot and like it but this is getting silly might as well go to the chipotle down the road if you don’t mind cilantro
I’m not someone who ever leaves negative comments on anything but the people who check out your food are always giving problems. I love qdoba but they are very rude and make it hard for me to order almost every time I go. At this point I will no longer go to the qdoba located in Peabody.
First time ever trying Qdoba and 100% will be back! Expected it to be average for a chain eatery but was wrong.
Staff seemed really standoffish and I felt really uncomfortable, as if I was inconveniencing their personal conversations. I understand how difficult food service is, especially now, and I value them as workers and people. However, on the entire server line of 4 people, I wasn't met with any care or concern and my order was kind of slapped together. Even though it wasnt busy and there was nobody behind me in the line. Also, 15 dollars for a burrito with just some rice and steak and a side of chips is outrageous. But that's more on how the business model is run, rather than a location specific thing.
