DO NOT order their steak tips salad. Literally they will serve you 50 pounds of lettuce and give you 5 pieces of steak. Definitely sticking with Champions Pub when it comes to steak tip salad
I ordered an onion and pepper cheese steak today. The meat was sooo chopped up, it was like it was minced. The onions and peppers were so cut up it was smaller than minced. No taste. The person who made it chopped it until it was nothing. I definitely will not order from there again.
Had a terrible experience last night at Pete’s in Peabody. I ordered a calzone and got one with raw dough all through out the bottom. It was so bad I could not even eat it after paying $22 for it. Called them and they were closed so I called as soon as they opened the next day. The owner called me and said that when orders are wrong to call the same day, which I did! He said the best he can do is $7, what a joke! The customer service was worse then the calzone. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and will never order from them again for as long as I live. If it was possible to give them a negative star I would have.
I love Pete's and the wonderful customer service. One of the best steak and cheese subs in town.
