1st off every time I go to this McDonalds is always something no matter what language I speak, I speak English and Spanish perfectly and I work at Dunkin’ Donuts for over 12 years so I know how it’s like to work on a fast food place. I always order the combo number 7 with the two cheeseburgers and ask for one of them plain WITH NO CHEESE and every time I have to get off my car to go inside so they can give me another one because no matter what language I used they never get my order right even tho I specifically say no cheese. 2nd the person they have in charge whom ever it is no matter what shift is it they don’t know how to treat customers, no matter how busy it is you can tell people to get out of the line because they have a huge line when they made a mistake with your order and you are asking them to fix it. They have no manners and no education. To bad for me that’s the only McDonald close to my house and my son only eats McDonalds and I have to go there almost everyday. Fix it McDonal’s. Is not so hard to understand NO CHEESE, NO QUESO!
I used the drive-thru and the line was longer than I would've like but it moved right along, I was surprised, the employee was prompt, polite and made sure I was 100% satisfied before moving me on, the food was fresh and milkshakes were awesome, I will be back 5☆
They don’t listen when they take your order keep asking if u want anything else not even acknowledging what u r trying to order , MOST do not speak any English and orders r wrong half the time. You try to tell them and they stare at u confused. Long wait times.
For the week before Orthodox Easter, it was quicker yet satisfying because one restaurant was closed for Catholic!
It's 7pm on a Thursday evening and decide to go to McDonald's to get a bite to eat since I had been driving over an hour coming from New Hampshire.The young man who took my order was very pleasant but there with a shortage on change at that register. So he got the manager. This Hispanic woman walks over....with attitude displayed immediately!She says nothing to me and hands me my change. I started to ask if I can use the restroom and she a cut me off and says "ITS CLOSED, WE LOCK IT AT 5PM!"...I informed her that I really had to go and the sign says "please ask for assistance". She slams the register drawer shut and storms off. When she comes back she unlocks the bathroom with such haste and says "there"!OMG I can't believe this woman's attitude!Then she gives another customer the ketchup out of my bagSo then I said, may j have some ketchup since you gave that man mine. She says NO, CUZ YOU DIDNT PAY FOR IT!!!IS THIS CHIC FOR REAL!!!!! I demanded to speak to a manager but then she started speaking Spanish and I said I would call for the manager tomorrow.Thus woman needs an attitude adjustment!!!
This is the second time I have gone to this one and my order was not right. I found out when I got home it was wrong, so I tried calling it and get a busy signal. I ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwitches with cheese and got charged for the cheese and didnt get it only chicken in bread not even the sauce and pickles this is the Peabody location on Main st.
This manager turns up the Air conditioning in 15f degree winter weather to make sure no customers sit in her restaurant! Then she makes sure her staff kicks you out after 30 minutes even while we were still eating! This McDonald's has the worst employees on the North shore! They are miserable and treat the customers like crap, especially the day manager who insults you when you order!
Is there a franchisee that owns this McDonalds?Who do you complain to? The people that cant speak a word of English and stand there with their mouths gaped open. The 4 foot tall S*** told me I was lying about a drink I never got when I drove all the way back from my house out of principle. I wanted to rip him across the counter!!!!
Drive thru was quick and very polite.
Combination of touch screen and queue up. Staff are hardworking and pleasant. Food as expected
