Extremely overpriced seafood. Got a fish and chips and a scallop plate both dinners were served with fries and a tiny bit of tarter, usually my family shares seafood meals but with these portions it was very hard to. We also got a fish sandwich which was ridiculously small I think I was able to eat it in 4 bites. Service was speedy but due to small portions I don’t see myself coming here again, typically I can never finish my seafood plates from other places but from here I was left wishing there was more! And truthfully it wasn’t anything out of this world very mediocre seafood very high prices
My Haddock sandwich was so greasy I had to take off bun and mayo and try to soak grease off with napkin. Still too much. Then they gave me a regular Coke instead of Coke Zero which made me violently I'll, as I am allergic to refined sugar.My husband's Flounder was good. He ate my chili the next day, (I couldn't eat it that night since I was sick) he said it was good, but then he was sick the rest of the night.
Love this place. Been going for years. The food is consistently good. I've never had a bad experience here. Well worth the stop!
Saw this place in an article of "Best Roast Beef" places on the north shore. Great article to read.Some familiar places, and some I'm definitely going to try. Land and Sea was Awesome back in the 80s but so were most things to me because I was a kid and easily fooled. Or....Maybe this place has just taken a big dump over the years. Even the picture of their sandwich in the article was sad. I suppose so there would be no accusations of false advertising. Which I suppose is smart. Maybe it's time to pack it up.
Had the super beef myself and my mother had a combo seafood platter of clams scallops and shrimp. Everything was excellent. Very happy with a lucky google search. Service was also good and quick even at lunchtime.
One of the best Roast Beefplaces in the North shore area. A main stay for many years. Not only roast beef, there are salads, chicken fingers and more. Have been visiting them for over 40 years.
Very pricey for a fast food place. $60 for 2 meals and 2 sodas. Seems clean ,parking easy. Seafood one side ,beef other side.

Thanx guys!!! We came in 2 days in a row. WICKED good clams. The rest of the USA thinks clam strips are clams. You go to L&S...list says:ClamsClam stripsAgain i will go few years until i get back up to visit. Always a nice stop.
