I have finally found my place. When it come to great food and variety, this is the spot. I also Talked to the owner Frankie. When I told him my wife has a server nut allergy. He was able to reassure me that he would personally cook the food and that it would be safe. Places like this that have good food and allergy friendly are hard to come by. This is a spot I am telling everyone about. Try it once and you will be back. The Paradelle Bolognese is incredible. The pizza is incredible too.
WOW PIZZA!! We were driving by and spotted the sign and decided to go in for a slice. The seating area and the ordering station is very clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. You can see the huge oven in the back and see the pizza cooking. We ordered 2 slices and a drink (they gave us 2 cups so we could share) and it was $10.50. The pizza was warmed in the oven and when we got the "2 slices" it was literally half a pizza. The pizza is OMG good. You need to try this if you like homemade sauce and thinner crust pizza!!
I have food allergies and I was blow away with the selection that Frankie slice has. The pizza is so delicious and has a wonderful consistency. The dough is light like a feather and the aroma is heavenly. The best pizza I had in a very long time. Don’t miss out on this place.
I wish more places were like this one. What a great guy. I forgot they were closed on Mondays and walked in while the owner was walking out with his wife. He looked at me and said “hold on, I’m gonna make something for you”…… I couldn’t believe it, he walked in, fired up the grill and is literally making me lunch right now. Not only have I always come here because the great food but this just put it over the edge for service too! Highly highly recommend. Made my day. Unbelievable BLT!
Bought a pizza from Frankie's recently and the pizza was probably a little below average. I doubt very much if I will return to Frankie's.
I can’t say enough about how much I love this pizza. I was born in and spent most of my life in NY, and this is one of the only places that hold a candle to the NY pizza I love dearly. Absolutely recommend trying them.
50 bucks for a lg pizza and a sub. I never leave a bad review, the order was accidentally given to someone else and I waited to have it brought back. At $50.00 I'm sorry, I'm never coming back.
Pizza is decent but over priced, go somewhere else if you don't want to spend and arm and leg for a pizza. If you want a good pizza without feeling ripped off try Plum pizza.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! The best pizza I have ever had. Ive had cheese, meatlovers and the Kristi Special and each is a masterpiece in its own right. Chicken parm, eggplant parm are outstanding and you can definitely taste that awesome homemade taste that keeps you craving more. The Frankie Special Italian Sub though is now my ultimate favorite sandwich - just perfection with the imported prosciutto, hot and sweet capicola, pistachio mortadella, provolone, mozzarella, arugala, tomatoes, olive oil ...
I’ve given this place a few chances. For a take out place the food is very expensive and you would think you’re getting something for the additional money.. Although Frankie uses high-quality ingredients The food is very inconsistent in quality and the service is mediocre.. he’s closed on Mondays and after 6 PM and does not serve slices after 2 o’clock.. i’ve ordered the deep dish Sicilian pizza and it was cold and doughy in the middle. The regular pan pizza is a better bet but $17 for a small pizza is insane. A friend of mine and I ordered two steak bombs I specified I wanted salami on mine The girl agreed it wouldn’t be a steak bomb without salami. Both subs were about 30 bucks with no drink or chips, they came out about 10 minutes apart and forgot to put the salami on it. That being said this place has so much potential, the vibe is great and I love the building. I hope this review serves more as a wake up call than a rant.
