Fantastic food, as always. Burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were hot and crispy. The prices are a bit high, but ultimately worth it. Will definitely go back for more.
7 guys working here, one guy on the phone taking an order 6 people waiting in line (im next to order) waiting 10 min to order dine in. LGreat burgers but this place needs to get a competent manager to tell these guys what to do.
5 stars because the staff is generally really friendly, work hard, the place is kept clean, and the food is good. But they need to relax with the lettuce. I never get lettuce with my burgers but get it anyways half the time. I once ordered 2 burgers EXACTLY the same and one randomly had lettuce on it. It's fine when I can just take it off, but when it's in place of something I actually wanted it's annoying.
Would not order from this location, if management and their team get your order wrong more than once, they try to put a block on your card instead of actually fixing their problem and faults. Too dysfunctional at such a cost for 'quality' burgers.
OSHA needs to be called! The cross contamination, touching dirty apron to wipe fingers then touch my burger….food poising! I pay $28 then tossed it in the trash on my way out. I dare you to step into the bathroom!! Lol
Good burgers. Amazing fries. Definitely worth it. Don't forget the fries.
The process followed in preparing food seemed a bit disorganized. The facility itself was in need of cleaning. The product took longer to produce than was necessary.
It is Five Guys. If you have been to one you know. If not it is a good smash burger and fries with amazing milkshakes.
At 9pm 4/23(RECEIPT NUMBER 41). I visited Five Guys in Peabody. The people were friendly. But a couple bites into my burger, I noticed a piece hair sticking out of a piece I had just taken a bite of.
