I wanted a free offer but a tomato pesto grilled cheese sandwich and get a free beverage offer. The clerk is supposed to scan the qr code first and I tried to let him know this but he was rude and said let me finish this first, referring to my Dunkin's card that I wanted reloaded. Instead of scanning the qr code first he used what was on the card for my 2 sandwiches, he then scanned the qr code after using what was leftover on the card and I couldn't then get my free beverage. I got my beverage but had to use the DD card, and on top of that I wanted to speak to a manager and there was 4 workers there and they said the manager was at home so no one knew how to fix the problem.
Don’t work there. They so rude to their employees they get away without paying over time! Then my dam tax form. Thanks Alex and B J
Love dunks when I can't get to Starbucks
Got an iced coffee, downed an iced coffee. That's the way things are and the way things should be. This is the dunks I find myself going to the most, because as a West Peabody resident, it is common to find me driving down Lowell Street.
Horrible service... this one customer in front of me took 10 minutes to order...they didn’t open another register..other workers just standing around and talking... this happened the last two times I’ve tried this spot.
The coffee roll was mediocre. Service was slow.
I over heard a couple of employees talking about doing substances that are not work safe, management this is uncalled for and will get you in state trouble. Require your employees to Atleast show up sober or take a drug test. Other than that foods good

It's so frustrating to go through drive through, place your order, pay for it and they mess up the food. They weren't even overly busy. I recommend going to some other Dunkin if you can.
The staff ignore the drive through line. I waited at the order spot for over 10 mins. People entering the restaurant were also not coming out quickly. A woman went in when I got in line and left after I got my order. I would've gone in, but I had my dog in the car.
