Wonderful experience…the staff was friendly and got my order perfectly correct despite being very busy. Probably the best experience I’ve had at a Dunkin Donuts…kudos to the wonderful people working here.
I go to a lot of Dunkin' Donuts locations. This one seems to make a lot of mistakes. The staff is nice enough but there always seems to be something going wrong with my order here. Wrong milk-substitutes used, wrong drink entirely, missing mobile order, selected flavor or sweeteners not used at all (today). If it wasn't the closest, most conveniently located to my home, I probably wouldn't gamble coming here anymore.
I still like Dunks but they're getting so expensive. I'm gonna have to remember to ask for my senior discount.

Tried the midnight roast, my new favorite.
Young girl at the counter was asked ‘do you have midnight ice coffee?’ She says I’m not sure??? I looked at het and said well…. I kinda need to know….. she says. ‘We have it in hot coffee?’ Listening skills just lacking. And I received it and I guess I have to ask forLiquid sugar for ice coffee because now I’m crunching sugar. SMH never again.
Dunkin phone app easy ordering for go to work, or weekends on the go. Points toward free beverage.
