2 weeks in a row can't get serviced by these folks. They don't answer phones, don't deliver much, push for customers to come get the food themselves. Try to explain anything to them they just hang up in your face
This store has zero food safety standards. The counters were disgusting and the employees never washed their hands after wiping the sweat off their faces before handling food. I was there to train for a job and was told by the assistant manager that they don't do any food safety training before starting on the line. I witnessed a customer's order dropped on the floor by a driver and still taken out for delivery.
Hygiene Wise l was not impressed walked in to make an order which l did and as l was waiting for my order stuff kept touching her hair and at the same time cleaning her sweat from her forehead after then she went and touch on the Pizza dough it was really Disgusting to watch the same stuff kept talking non stop how the System had a problem failed to print?♀️ And as l got home with my order got disappointed too pizza didn’t taste good see pic below
Ordered a sandwich around 1030 ish. Said it showed up at 11 ish. I chose the leave at the door option. Checked if it was there it wasn't. Called them and they said the dude forgot to deliver my order and it would be here soon. Call back an hour later the dude is still on the way apparently and then said he couldn't find my house. Still haven't gotten my food. Worst experience ever.
Lack of professionalism and cleanliness :Worse dominos ever. I have been contacted by the manager for in interview this week . I drove 40 mins to get there and when I reached she wasn’t around. After a long wait ( prob 25mins) I have been told that she had an emergency and wouldn’t make it for the day ,Without any prior notice or excuses . I tried to reach out to her , she never picked up , worse never got back to me although a left her a voicemail and this morning until I noticed that the position had been filled this morning . No wonder why they have bad reviews only , the management is incompetent and the place is dirty .
Standard domino's experience. I haven't ordered delivery but takeout is fine. Standards can't be too high when you're paying $8 for a large pizza
Avoid at all cost 1 hour 30 mins to get cold pizza. Why have an online estimator that says 30-40 mins if you aren’t going to even be close with that delivery time
Six Days Ago I Ordered From This Place. My Job Was Only Five Minutes Away From The Establishment But The Delivery Driver Called Me And Insisted That He Didn't Want To Take A Back Road I Suggested So He Could Avoid Traffic. He Canceled My Order! AND When He Told Me He Would Call His Manager And Have Them Send Another Driver Out. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. So I Called Them. I GET NO ANSWER. And I Never Received My Refund Either..Would Not Recommend This Place AT All
Honestly this place could do better what's the point of ordering a pizza the way you'd like it made if they jus gonna make it some random way
Ordered at 6:30, food did not leave the building till 7:21 after being told delivery in 38 minutes. I finally hung up after being on hold for 18 minutes with no answer at the store. This is absolutely ridiculous. I still don’t have my food about an hour later.
