Not clean, line was a mess, multiple options out, no ice, veggies or veggie alternatives. Could not accept cash. All this even with very few people in the restaurant. As a result employees were not in a good mood.

They were accepting mobile order only -so we got to the store, ordered on mobile, they took 25 minutes to make our order, the three people up front making the orders we're talking the whole time and held empty bowls for 2-3 minutes at a time WHILE they had full on conversations with a huuuuge line of people waiting... not a good experience. I've worked fast food before and this is not how it's done...the issue is not that they were slow (which they were) it’s that they were talking and truly not working..

Welcome to the worst chipotle in the state of Massachusetts. I love Chipotle and it is pretty rare that I have something negative to say about it, but half a dozen trips to this location have now cemented my opinion of it. The staff at this location are awful...They constantly get your order wrong, the location is always messy, and on more than one occasion I have witnessed the staff arguing and cursing at one another in front of customers...It is also common if not guaranteed for this location to be OUT or lacking ingredients. Every visit so far and they have been out of at least one of the following: Steak, Chicken, Mild Salsa, Chips (basically always out of this...6 trips here I think they had chips one time?) and other various condiments/toppings. They also always skimp on whatever meat you get...my last trip they were out of steak and mild salsa and I ended up getting a chicken bowl with 85% rice, beans, lettuce, 5% cheese, and 5% steak for $12.00.... Good luck complaining about your order too. Your complaint will be met with blatant rudeness and attitude. Chipotle aint cheap, so to have a location that is constantly lacking in ingredients, skimping on your order and/or screwing all the while arguing with themselves in the back, is very disappointing. I have made my last trip here. Avoid this location if you can, plenty of better food options nearby.

Online orders are inaccurate and when asked to fix it they still get it wrong. How is this a salad without lettuce and vinaigrette? Look how many things are missing.

Messed up our order (two things totally wrong). Only gave us BOGO instead of actually refunding us. We didn't eat the food so we paid for literally nothing. We'll never go here again. This goes for any chipotle lol.

Not good. This company has deteriorated tremendously. The word Chipotle used to make me happy ? Now the world Chipotle makes me sad and angry! When you order online you don't get what you ordered they leave things out...... this time I left three things out. So basically they just raised all their prices a lot and now giving you much less food by missing three or four things that are supposed to be in your bowl and barely any rice. Multiple offenses. This is not good business and they should be held liable. Never Again. Deleting my account and telling all my 500 friends.

This place looked like there was just a food fight. Food all over the counter, floors and every, and I mean every, table had food or liquid on it and wasn’t clean. We were the only customers there and at least four employees but none of them cleaning. Do yourself a favor and go to a different restaurant or the Qdoba down the street.

Placed a pickup order right before lunch rush hit. The place was dirty. Was told they had no chips at all so my order was incomplete. No ice in the soda machine and the dispenser shot all over. Hardly any lids for beverages, almost no plastic ware. Not very well prepared to handle a lunch crowd. Hopefully it was a horrible fluke because most every chipotle i visit is decent.

I ordered through the Chipotle website for delivery. Chipotle decided to use door dash for delivery. I had ordered 11 meals for an office event. The doordash driver arrived and gave me one meal and said that was it. I called the restaurant 6 times before someone answered. I finally got a load of someone who claimed to be the manager. They refused to remake my order unless I pay for it again. I had already paid $200 for my order I told them it was their responsibility to make it right. They refused and the "manager" hung up on me when I asked for her name.

Last 2 orders were completely wrong after ordering burritos online. After a few months we decided to give it another try and go into the place and watch them make our burritos. They were out of guacamole and veggies. Left in disgust without ordering. Used to be great and now it's the worst run place. Avoid, avoid.
