Great food and atmosphere

We went for mother's day for my 91 year old mother-in-law. It was always one of her favorite restaurants. It was less than what we expected. They used to serve a warm roll selection but we were served cold white rolls. They also used to serve Crackers and cheese spread but nothing on that day. The dinner selection was limited and was good not great. So I can't imagine that we will be going back.

I went for dinner with a friend, I haven't been there for years and decided to give it a try. The place was busy for mid week dinner, but the food was not up to my expectations. My friend was not too happy with the food also. I don't think that I will go back anytime soon.

excellent service. food amazing. great quality of food. I tell everybody to go there....

My parents went to this restaurant for years. And we have had many family dinners. Always loved this place. Was in town and decided to take my mom here. Our experience the food was mediocre at best as others have said. The crumb mix on our seafood had no taste and was burnt. And I can’t compliment the service. Our server spent the whole time talking loudly with another patron he knew. And pretty much ignored us except for taking our order and bringing the check.Dinner for 2 $70 plus tip. I don’t think we’ll be back. This place has changed dramatically!

Absolutely Awesome!!! I basically threw a dart at the dart board when selecting this restaurant and I hit the bullseye dead center. I’m not from the area and in town for a wedding; meet up with friends to reminisce. The atmosphere is quaint, the food is delicious and the staff was excellent. It’s places like this that gives family owned / small businesses a great following.

Awesome waiter and waitress awesome food like always can’t wait to go back

great food and service good atmosphere

Excellent waitstaff. He was very attentive and even other servers asked if we needed anything- great team work! The French onion soup was good and it was one of the few places that actually browned the cheese on top to my liking. The fried haddock sandwich was fresh and delicious and the butternut ravioli in cream sauce was phenomenal- so good that my friend only saved 1 piece to let her husband taste it. She did not want to share any more than that. Highly recommend this place.

Very goodThe food could have been hotter
