The service was great in both languages; the food was so amazing it was like it was shipped straight from the motherland *chefskiss*; the portions were perfect and not expensive at all!! i felt like i was back home for at least twenty minutes for sure

I would give this 0 stars if it was an option.I placed an order on Uber eats. Food arrived warm. However it was not what I ordered. I figured, no big deal, people make mistakes, hard times right now in the world. I'll just try this, I'm hungry. Then I discovered that half my order was missing. So obviously I didn't want to be charged for things I didn't receive. I will willing to look past the mistakes but not that. So I called to explain that I wanted a refund for items not received. They then told me they didn't speak English and hung up on me. I called back 3 times after that and still they kept saying no English. Well the 3rd time I called, the workers are in the background yelling ENGLISH profanities and then hung up on me again. I decided I wasn't getting anywhere so I let the issue go. I'll take the loss. But do not order from this restaurant. Theyre rude, food is mediocre at best and if you have a problem, yo, they won't solve it. ( see what I did there)
This place is terrible. The customer service is non existent. They forgot more than 60% of the order but still charged me for it and when I asked for my money back for the missing items they then told me they don't speak English. I asked for someone who does speak English and they hung up on me. 3 times in a row, while I hear the staff yelling profanities at me in English in the background. Extremely rude and very unprofessional establishment. I will never make the mistake of ordering from them again.

They have really good food like the chicken, rice, yucca, and beans. but the meatballs have a strong sour taste, like vinegar. The lady who served me spoke to me only in Spanish so it was difficult to understand her. She had an attitude, asking what else with her hands out like I came to bother her which I felt embarrassed about. There is a language barrier so I would like to give the benefit of the doubt to the business. I probably wouldn't recommend anyone who doesn't speak Spanish to come here.
Came to visit Boston from New York and I was looking for a Dominican restaurant and Google gave me this place as an option. All I can say is that this place has excellent food and great customer service!!! Their prices are also really good. I truly recommend this place ??!!!
