My favorite place i go there everyday for my mocha and chocolate croissant delicious and the staff are all great and friendly highly recommended
Very nice staff.Considering that there are not many places to have a coffee in a NICE AMBIANCE- this place is a winner.
I haven't been here but I rated them 5 stars for working here ? all these aholes with their negative reviews could never last in a coffee shop...they are just quick to criticize ? thank you for putting on the shield of faith and helping these addicts get their fix everyday.
They are really friendly here and when I received the wrong latte because they were out of milk they did not hesitate to replace it. They also use a $60,000 espresso machine.
Caffe Nero is the worst place to have coffee in the area. The staff are rude, and their management do not care. Their central customer service is terrible.
Stopped in on Sunday and they looked like they were pretty busy earlier. The store was not in the cleanest condition. The raspberry vegan blackberry tart was very good. I also enjoyed a frozen coffee drink. That was nice. Would have loved to have a cannoli, but they were out.
Good breakfast sandwiches are kinda small though.
It's a great place to meet and chat with friends ??

Caffe Nero has one of the worst operations of any coffee chain in the US. The UK operations are considerably better, but already-poor customer service provided by the North Shore cafe is compounded by the devil-may-care attitude of the chain itself, with its Operations Manager (sic) either unable, or unwilling, to address complaints. Try sending them an email, and you'll find they will give you short-shrift, and will find yourself sent off with a cursory apology. Truly a dreadful chain (at least in the US). As an aside, try contacting them on Instagram (no, they haven't mastered a presence on Twitter), and you will find yourself blocked.
