If I could give this zero stars I would.. OK I ordered a large french fry I get my food it’s a large french fry box filled not even halfway. I asked the lady I ordered a large fry she said yes that is a large fry I said no it is not It’s a large box With half the fries in it literally. I’ve been going there for 30 years tonight was my last night. I am going to light this up on social media
P this place used to be nice they would make you a roast beef sandwich and they put some meat on it especially a large roast beef but ever since they have new help they don't know what the heck they're doing and I've been coming here for 30 years plus such a big disappointment in the past month that I've gone there and got a large beef with light sauce and light mayo The service is fast but they just don't put enough meat on the sandwich they say that they weigh it up at 4 oz for a large beef are you kidding me 4 oz you can go to pizza place across the street they give you a steak bomb it might be $2 more but they're giving you at least another 6 oz more of meat ridiculous I'm never going back again I don't know who that lady is that works there kind of heavy set shot with brunette here but she's completely useless years ago even 3 years ago it was only like $6.50 now they want $8.34 it's ridiculous it's absolutely ridiculous and not fair to the public I'd stay clear away from this place let me tell you what a big disappointment very sad very very sad
Been a loyal customer for about 6 going on 7 years now. First name basis with all the workers there and they welcome and greet me everytime asking about my family and partner,Such a friendly environment, delicious food and great environment and location
I have been coming here since I was a child. Great staff and awesome Food. Clean and safe. I had a tuna salad and it was delicious.
Super tasty roast beef. Dinged a ⭐ because they have NO RESTROOMS for customers, so empty your bladder at home.
Everything is always so bomb not just the beefs. I always get a taco on the side because they are so good!
Love this place!! I always get a junior roast beef 3-way heavy sauce and it never disappoints!! Pair it with their awesome french fries or an order of their cheezer teezers and you'll want to go right back for more!! Staff are always super friendly and professional...
What can I say! Food is always good and quick service! My wife had surgury at MGH and as soon as she got out wanted Bill & Bob's! Lol
Well first off I found the lady that ran the place kind of rude....The place was not that crowded for her to act like she couldn't handle the very few customers she had.On top of it how you going to tell me u ran out of Tatar sauce and then hand me 2 ketchup packs them look at me sideways when I asked for some more. Lol.I mean C'mon it's Ketchuo!But I do got to give 4 stars for the cook there hands down the bomb 3 way roast beef sandwich ? .....
An old favorite of mine that was very disappointing. Steak and cheese sub , chicken wing and Pepsi. $24.00 . Seemed high but I was hungry . Steak and cheese okay. Half a box of chicken wings. Maybe 5 or 6 for over ten dollars. Just aggravating and just highlighted that the cook was telling a story and swearing the hole time with kids in the restaurant. Up the street the owner works there and seem to care about service. This location they have let go.
