Staff was great. Very attentive.
Made a reservation. Got there and they put our name on a list even though they saw the reservation. 40 min to be seated. Waited at the bar - they were not serving drinks - bar tender too busy. Finally got seated and waited another 40 minutes and finally got up and left. The waitress refused to make eye contact and the host was embarrassed but didnât address it. The restaurant seating wasnât full - however only two waitresses on during a 1980âs marketing promotion. They obviously had an idea of how many were dining with them as you had to make reservations. But they treated the reservations and walk-ins alike. I wonât go back to this location unless they get new management tgat know how to run a restaurant!
Food was very good….. service was great.Meatballs are pretty good, breadsticks with it are great with the cheese…. Free bread was great!I had the lunch chicken parmigiana and it was good as well! Definitely this place will fill your bellies.
The bartender Victoria was AMAZING! So friendly and fun, has excellent customer service. The food and drinks were perfect. This is our favorite location in the area and we will be back for sure!
It was my 30th Birthday and the atmosphere was just right, not too busy or noisy. It was nice and calm and the staff were very friendly.
The service was above and beyond. It was very busy and they were short staffed but you would never had known. Our waitress Fran was absolutely attentive and didn't try to rush us out the door just because they had two different large party's going on. Thank you again Fran for your excellent service!!!! She also brought my husband a piece of cake for his birthday.
We had a wonderful experience at the 15 Newbury St Bertuccis! Our server, Sharon had a great sense of humor and was knowledgeable and gave us great suggestions. The food was delicious & with huge portions. We will certainly return again when in the area! There was another young man who brought us drinks & bread who was super helpful with a great personality as well. What assets both these servers are to your team!
Just got off a plane and couldn't find anywhere to eat. The manager insisted on letting us come in for dinner even though we didn't want to make anyone stay late. Our server Gianna was very accommodating after a long day of travel.
Great service and food
Had a family reunion here at Bertucci's in Peabody the beginning of February in the private room. The event coordinator, Susan was extremely helpful and flexible which made it it very easy for us to plan. Although a bit short staffed on that Saturday night our waitress Tracy could not have been more accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. Food was great, service was exceptional, great venue venue for an event like this
