Thanks for the worst customer experience ever! I have filed a fraud claim with my credit card company!! Shocking that you were able to stay in business all these years!! Not only didn’t I get the two dozen bagels and cream cheese preordered for my Easter brunch. But I can’t get my money back. They won’t return phone calls, I can’t reach them. Absolutely the worst customer experience!!!
Dozen limit order in place at times, due to broad demand of fresh bagels and sandwiches on same. Line moves along. Favorite is nova lox and cream cheese on a toasted everything with bacon, lettuce and tomato with a V8 or choc milk.
