The line was fairly long but it moved fast enough to not get annoyed. The worker was understanding and helpful. I got the hot and honey chicken sandwich, definitely a new Wendy’s favorite for me. I just don’t remember fast food being this expensive.

This Wendy's is the only one in the area so it should set the bar for its competitors. Sadly it does not. Nothing 3ver tastes fresh and things come to you lukewarm at best. Everytime I order burgers I always specify plain, and every single time it has all the toppings which my kids won't eat and I end up wasting money. The soda also tastes funny too. The line is always backed up and coming in from 2 different sides, the highway and a side street causing traffic jams in the parking lot. The customer service is pretty much always lacking as well.

Anytime i go there the lines are long at the very least 30min-45min wait. Do not have advertise items (no strawberry frosty). If you think you will order in the app to get ahead of the situation, my advice don't try. If they do not have the item, you ask for refund, they say you must go to the app for refund, but no one there can instruct you how this should happen. The doors are locked and they are serving through the drive thru and this is mid week. Can't imagine what it is like on the weekends

Food tastes standard which is fine, it's just fast food after all. I only go through the drive thru, and my main complaint is that they are VERY slow at taking people's orders. They often get my order wrong too (not in a major way, but still wrong). Could be better service overall.

Just waited 45min for a prepaid mobile order and didn’t even get the burger we ordered. He argued with me that it was correct then shut the window on us. So paid for a burger they refused to give us. Sprite had a beige tint to it. With about 30 cars behind us, it’s the most inefficient, incompetent Wendy’s around. It is always like this. Each time I think it will be different. Can’t believe this place is still in business.

Oh no oh no oh no no no.. my #4 meal was more expensive than at another location( think they over charge me) price on board was different than at the window. I thought ok this gonna be some gourmet meal.. nope taste like a basic Wendy meal. The lemonade was good though.

Got small lemonade nice but next time will ask for less ice. Purchased medium fries Was tasty but could been hotter can't determine if sitting. I like them extremely hot.

Ordered ahead on the app which allowed a carry out option and a 9 pm pick up time. Arrived at 9 to find the doors locked forcing everyone to get their food through the drivethru. 30 minutes later I got my room temperature cheeseburger. Employees there could not give less sh1+z.

Staff are so rude, went there after a hard day of work. Granted I was a little bit dirty,( with my shop uniform) I asked to use the rest room and was told that the rest room was out of order, while waiting in line for my order (mind you I spent$37.00 on three meals and an extra sandwich) several times individuals came into Wendy's and asked to use the restroom and we're allowed to. So I payed for my order with a$50.00 bill and said here you keep the change and next time you should think about the saying never judge a book by it's cover. And for those reading this post and saying to yourself,( why leave them the change?) I'll tell you because if I do as they do then I let them change me into them. And guess what?, Do you love yourself? Well I do to and I choose to treat everyone with respect because I Believe we are all different but deserve to be treated equal. So I'm sure all the employees aren't like the one's I spoke to but me myself to avoid being disappointed in my beliefs in others.

The order is correct about 80% of the time. I don't have a Wendy's close to where I live so I don't mind settling. Love me some Wendy's.
