for a while, this was my go-to for tb. but lately service has been painly slow. major staffing issues from what I can tell.
I ordered here especially late, less than an hour till close and the workers were still nice and friendly. The food was fresh and fine. I’m a fan of the Taco Bell app!
Horrible service inside the store…. Ordered at the Kiosk; 8 minutes later I asked if my order was close to being ready and they hadn’t noticed it on the monitor. It wasn’t even started. Absolutely the worst. :(
Writing this just in hopes that the manager checks in here and makes some improvements.- The tacos are way WAY underfilled (I have actually never had such skimpy Bell tacos, this is a lifetime record).- The gordita shells were moved to the paper probably too quickly as they adhered to the paper and stuck to it like glue; the outer layer of all of the shells stuck to the paper even after peeling the paper away from them.- Chalupa shell was stale.- Asked for sauce and none was provided, and no napkins in the bag (really, guys?)
This just opened location had fast courteous service. Taco bell employees are what make people like me return another day
It was perfect when it first opened now it’s pretty hit or miss and I found an open tampon where you grab straws and sauces lmao
I have never been treated with so little respect in my life.They forgot my straws at the drivethru and when i asked the employee said they were out of straws. He finally gave me straws and began laughing and smiling and waving at me like a child. I sat there just looking at him and he kept acting childesh, laughing and waving at me & my daughter. Then when I told his manager the manager started laughing and promised me she would take care of it. But she just stood there smiling with the guy. This is what happens when children are put in charge to manage a business.
I get that places are understaffed but this place is bad. Waited over 30 minutes for food. When we finally got our “quick lunch” it was cold and missing MEAT. Not a single item that is a generic menu item was correct.
Attendees had a hard time helping through the menu to a first time customer. However I think the staff is cool and sweet people.
Newly opened Taco bell. Good service, clean restrooms and value meals.
