I am a regular customer of Perks, typically purchasing coffee drinks there 2-3 times per week. I find the service level at Perks to be excellent along with both their hot and iced coffees. Their staff member Danielle is always most polite and friendly and sets the gold-standard for sincere and professional service! I give Perks my highest possible recommendation!

This place is good. I got a chai tea latte w oat milk which seems to lack a little flavor but wasnt too bad. Milk needed to be frothed a little more and tea steeped longer with nutmeg. Also got an egg and tomato sandwich on a bagel which was good but could have been seasoned and the bagel buttered. Would like to see another non-meat option for sandwiches. Overall this place is nice and has a great sit in vibe. Would return

Excellent coffee. Parking is terrible, so if you find a spot...sit back and enjoy an good cup of coffee..... just don't sit to long or you might find a piece of paper on your window
