Worst McDonald’s to go don’t have no customer service never going back this place every.they double charge went there to get back my money and the manger giving me an attitude over my money went to another MC Donald’s an order the same thing and the charges where different. They need to do better an stop giving people attitude good customer service goes along way.
Where do I begin? I asked them why the lobby was locked while I was ordering no response. Then some guy who claims he is the manager with no name tag starts being argumentative confronting me with, " were you the one asking about the lobby being closed? I responded yes. He said because we do not have enough employees so I decided to close the lobby. He was so rude. Waited forever for the food it was cold returned it. He did not apologize, and started again with his arrogant rant at the point disposed of the food and left. I was not about to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for food again that I paid for. Really upset at this point. McDonald's get your act together your organizational skills, and training is non-existent.
Terrible experiences. When you order fries at this McDonald’s, you get half the portion (I doubt they care about the calories you are consuming), when there is a promotion worth going to your app, they claim their system is not working. When you spend 10 minutes giving feedback and you get a validated coupon promotion, they refuse to honor it. If you ask for ketchup or a dip for chicken nuggets, they roll their eyes and almost hurl it at you. When your change is 1-2 cents, they don’t even bother to give you change. Many times you have to ask for the receipt. When you place an order through the drive through, sometimes you have to say 3 times what you want. When you ask for a manager (I believe Janneera is her name), she is rude. Too many issues for one McDonald’s (I stop by 3-4 McDonald’s a day), but this is the one where I seem to encounter all the issues and rude people. If they don’t want to honor the McDonald’s promotions, they should open a store and call it something else. The one star is for the pregnant lady, who seems very nice.
They didn’t give me any sauces even though I specifically said many times for it, and the lady working was so rude while talking to us about it. She even asked “would you like some ketchup” but she never put it.
Whether it’s $8 an hour or $15 still bad service. Young women at drive thru were downright rude to me when I couldn’t hear what they were saying. I know it can’t be easy dealing with customers all day but we are not all mean. Cmon.
Everything was freshly made and they didn't mess up my daughters order. She can only eat certain things there so it's nice when it doesn't get messed up and that the food is freshly made.
I ordered drive thru at the Norwood location 31 providence highway and ordered a chicken nugget happy meal. This is what was in the box; I have no idea what the [email protected]$* it is but I know it’s NOT chicken nuggets!!!!I have never been so Appalled or Disgusted in my life!! Who does this??? And how are managers allowing it. I’m sure I’m not the first. If I could’ve done 0 stars I would’ve.
I have never really been one to dismiss McDonald's because it is a fast food spot with a questionable history. I can always find something on the menu to satisfy cravings and munchies. This particular location, however, has burned me 9/10. The only good customer service comes from the manager. At the drive through and inside, it is unlikely that you will be greeted with a smile, a warm welcome, or even a reply when you say "Have a nice day!" Customer service aside, I can honestly say that they regularly mess up my order. The breakfast shift has let me down most frequently, so much so that I will go to Dunkin for a breakfast sandwich even though they have nothing on a well constructed Egg McMuffin. I keep giving this restaurant a chance and they keep letting me down, so please be warned... this is one of the worst McDonald's locations out there.
went there last night 2/7/22 around 6-630 walked inside staff was extremely loud rude and using profanity, and seemed to be very inconvened i was there, food looked like it was taken out of the trash and just slapped together ended up throwing it all out, wasn't risking it do not come to this location.
I went here for dinner tonight 2-7-22 at 630 pm. As i walked in, the workers were screaming and cursing and joking around with each other. Once they noticed I walked in they yelled at each other about not locking the door. Than i got my food wanting to dine in but i did not feel welcome at all. I left to go eat in my car but as I opened my bigmac box it looked like someone dropped the burger or ripped it in half. I through out my food and went to burger king a cross the street. Never going back again and dont recoommened going to that Mcdoanlds.
