This MacDonald was my last choice when picking Macdonalds to go to near me on Norwood. It looked Run down, the service was slow and horrible with mistakes made every time. I was in a hurry the other day and went through the drive through and noticed everything was new. New building, new parking lot and I assume new on the inside too (I hope...I did drive thru and didn't enter)... They were very fast taking our order, drive to the window where i paid right away and drove to the next window and received my order right away with no mistake. I was pleasantly surprised.I used to avoid this Macdonalds but now I'll try it again. Used to agree with the rating here in Yelp.. But it might be worth a visit for you now.
So funny that one employee can make a difference, went there today for a caramel frappe and the girl at the drive thru taking the orders was so soft spoken and polite,than at the window paying was also polite, then when she passed me my drink it was truly the trifecta of employee standards and even though they couldn't receive a tip I returned to them three $20.00 bills I saw fall out of their pockets. ;-) ;-) ;-) :-) :-)
Got my order wrong went to the counter and asked for another one. Got it wrong again and only gave me 2 and I originally ordered 3 hamburgers. Starts talking in Spanish about something about me.
Using its coupons to order meals can save money, but it offers only once a while, less often than other fast food restaurants. Sometimes meals are not prepared exactly the ways customers wanted to order. $1 soft drinks are a great deal.
I ordered the 2 for 6 filet on fish but it was discontinued when I had it the day before. We should know ahead of time when a promo is over.
We stopped by for a quick bite after church one evening. There was no wait in the Drive-Thru and the worker was extremely pleasant. Our food was made quick and was hot. We would have gone inside and sit down but the doors were locked. This was at 8 at night. Google showed that dine-in was available.
Staffs were nice and welcoming. The burger is great and the place is always clean.
Its McDonalds, this one definitely is meh in a particularly major way. The inside for all intents and purposes is somewhat kind of boring BUT they particularly are currently renovating, which kind of is fairly significant. Also this place kind of is very small and the food for the most part is okay/trash like any generally other McDonalds, or so they for all intents and purposes thought.
I come for the fountain drinks. McDonald's Coca-Cola is hands down the best and for $1 any size.
McDonald's on broad street norwood always get order wrong. Either with giving you the wrong order that's someone else's when you tell them your order at the window or they forget items in the bag.
