Chicken chipotle wrap fell apart - terrible to hold

We really llike this restaurant mainly because of the friendly service and creative cocktails, and because no one rushes to get us out.
Extremely loud because of soccer game. Service was good. Food was poor. Nachos lacked flavor, Mac and cheese was dry. Draft beer was excellent.
The food was good, but...Waitress did bare minimum and had to be asked to bring plates and flatware.It's a sportsbar so one would expect noise, but still the sound system was far too loud.I saw a cup dropped to the floor by one staff member then picked up by another and used to make a drink! Also watched one staffer throw some items in trash and either missed or spilled trash and that person made no attempt to clean up the mess, nor did the others that were standing in the area.Lots of people there and all seemed to enjoy it but this once was enough for me.

Mother’s Day dinner for 7. Jake n Joes was great as usual. We typically go to Jake n Joes or Chateau when we got out to dinner. We were satisfied and happy as usual. Cannot remember going to either place and ever leaving unsatisfied. Staff is always nice and food is always great. I cannot ever remember going to either place and leaving unhappy. Great job!! And always super nice to the kids!!!!!!!! Tonight the staff was great as usual and food was excellent and atmosphere was fun. Manny P

Jesus was a very good server. He got our order correct and answered our questions.
