Friendlys is going downhill based on the changes new owners have made. The turkey burger used to be a great choice but the patty is half the size it used to be. This is with an increase in cost. Went down memory lane with a coffee frappe and could not taste any coffee. It also was lacking ice cream. Overall poor experiecne. Did the owners think we would not notice?????
I had an amazing experience with Friendlys in norwood Massachusetts! I had two amazing servers and there names where Kat and Camille. The food was amazing and I was treated so kindly! Defiantly a good place to stop by and grab a bite to eat, i recommend! Coming here again!
My server Andrew was an absolute delight. He went above and beyond for everyone at my table and even made sure my daughter with limited mobility was comfortable enough in the booth. I am extremely grateful and will be returning! (Also, Pro tip: the blue soda is LIFECHANGING although I do wish they would bring back the dippin’ chicken it was my daughters favorite).
Was very disappointed tonight out service was not great at all chi i understand your new but you must learn the ropes we never even got water!! Our drinks took forever she never came to check on us once we received our food didn't ask if we're ok or if we needed anything didn't ask if we wanted soda or anything else with our food my Mac n cheese was also cold when it came out so not okay with tonight service
I had a lovely young woman named Camille!!! She was super welcoming and warm hearted. I’ll be back for sure!! Give this chick a raise!!!
So they leave the phone off the hook one -two hours before closing. I came in to order the phone was off the hook and no one on the line. Very unprofessional please get the establishment more employees to avoid overload. Or maybe pay them more so they can work quick and gracefully. Don’t know what’s going on but this has been a constant issue.
I had a fantastic experience with Mary Kate. Her service was immaculate. She deserves a raise. Go visit my girl and tip her 100%.
Had breakfast here today. We had great service, great food and couldn't beat the price! So happy we went! Highly recommend Norwood location!
We love Friendly's, and we find the staff to be super friendly (one lady in particular - older, gray hair - always very funny and kind). Having said that, I believe that in today's COVID-y world, the staff should wear masks. I find it quite odd that the servers don't wear them. It's even stranger that one day, they were all wearing matching maroon masks, so I thought someone had complained and management had taken over. But a week later, we went again, and the masks were off. What's the deal? Customers would feel much safer if the staff would wear masks. Also - clean your bathrooms!
Kelly who is one of the server is excellent. She cooks the breakfast and the breakfast are better than they ever were. She deserves a raise.
