Gross Coffee and horrible customer service. I placed an order on the app and they were out of stock of a drink. They offered a substitute which I didn’t want. Tried to refuse a refund and I fought back. Call me a Karen but I wasn’t getting ripped off
Discard out of date milk third time I bought old milk ...my fault too for not double checking !!! But rotate that please I love milk ??
If using the drive thru be sure to get sweetener on the side. They don't like sweetening the drinks. It must slow them down. Even though the tag on the cup is accurate the drink is not sweetened most of the time.
Made a mobile order, when I got my order they didn’t put the whip cream on the drink but I asked nicely and she did it quick for me. Left and then realized the drink also didn’t have the swirl in it. The sticker was correct so I’m not sure how they messed that up. Croissant didn’t have butter on it like I asked but the hashbrowns were good as always. It’s Dunkin’, I didn’t expect much
