Music was very loud upon entering, was turned down fairly quickly as well, long line for ordering and pickup, parking lot was congested to the point of it being dangerous. Staff was good with descent customer service, it seemed like something or someone was"off" behind the counter leading to the congestion. Coffee was good, public restroom and handicap accessible.
The worst part experience I’m my live , the sandwich maker was a filthy, disgusting, unprofessional person ( doesn't stop touching his body and scratching his head) I had to throw the sandwich away
Great staff, very clean & neat
Any time I come back to Norwood Dunkin Donuts is a must stop.
Was pretty busy they got your meals place right in front of the counter but I was waiting for my ticket to be called and no one called it so I had to go up to the counter to see where my food was and then they finally gave it to me. They need to clean though the tables were dirty and the floors were dirty.
Very nice inside. Staff was nice

This so far has got to be the WORST Dunkin Donuts I’ve been too. I’ve only been there twice, but that’s twice TOO MANY!!!! Today I had a small but multiple item order, a small hot tea/milk & sugar, a small caramel iced latte, and for food I was picking up an order of the new mini pancakes and an order of the bacon & cheese wrap, that’s it. As far as the drinks go, they were ok, but the food items which they only had to heat up, considering they weren’t busting open some pancake batter and tossing those mini bad boys on a griddle!!!!! The mini pancakes have the potential to be AMAZING, however that all depends on who’s serving you???? The order I picked up today had cold, yet partially burnt mini pancakes. Needless to say, they just weren’t anything close to good, or edible for that matter!!!!!As far as the bacon & cheese wraps, these were worse. These too were burnt to the point of being black and so hard, extremely hard, making them next to impossible to even chew.? I was looking forward to trying both of these items. I don’t particularly enjoy leaving bad reviews, but with this, I had too. I love the town of Norwood, they have some great stores, they just don’t have the usual 5 Dunkin Donuts within a one mile radio, and because they don’t, you would think that would be enough incentive to actually do a decent job, unfortunately that is not the case.Had I known using the microwave would be such a difficult task, I would have opted for the already made donuts!!!!!As I was reading some other reviews, it looks like there is not too much hope for this Dunkin Donuts, considering they were burning peoples food two years ago!!!!!!!!!!!
Terribly run on weekends. I don't go during who cause it's usually a long wait but having only 3 people working on Sundays doesn't make sense! It's like they don't mine 15 minutes in line then another 5 waiting for coffee. Coffee is good staff is very nice but wait is inefficient but at times aggregating!!! No backup causes this I believe! Hopefully things will improve with a brand new Dunks like this one
Horrible customer service. This is not about everyone who works in the Dunkin Norfolk. This is a guy who initially said don't work in the shop when I ordered and then later started taking order from other customers.
