Love .Conrad's... always have... missing the delivery.... so went after work for a beer and dinner.. trying to support my local restaurant and enjoy one of my favorite places... yikes!! I know everything has tripled... food. Gas.. it was a $100 for 3 meals... 1 app and 2 beers.. this is the 3rd local restaurant this has happened.... they want our business but can't afford to go out anymore... too much!!! Less food. Double the price...
I actually went there for a function. The food was outstanding. The steak tips were unbelievable so tender, juicy and flavorful. The turkey tip were just as good. The chicken parm was delicious. Crisp fresh salad. The only thing I didn't like was the rice pilaf, but then again I never cared for that. If you go I think you will have a enjoyable and delicious experience.
This is a great local place. It has a reputation of great service and great steak tips. Easy parking and downtown Norwood is a nice area to walk after eating.

Our group of friends had dinner at Conrad's last night and it was absolutely amazing! The waitresses were super helpful, attentive and sympathetic, we were treated very nicely, the food came out just as fast as it should be and was as fresh and tasty and it could be, all orders were correct and precise, I had the steak tips and I super recommend it, super tasty, tender and juicy, they have a variety of beers and wines which is very nice, the waitress was very well organized and was able to make a bill for every separate party !! Long time customer … on 3/272022 my husband and I went to your establishment for a late lunch early dinner. My martini was made wrong but the bartender was available offered a new drink but I was ok . We ordered a serving of boneless Buffalo ( delicious) but our large pizza was wrong . It was suppose to be 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepper onion and it arrived 1/2 Pepperoni& Onion. Ugh. Then my husbands 2 drinks arrived sooo late. We were ready to leave wanting our bill .. it took 3 people not our waitress to finally bring it to us! Then the male waiter was rude and condescending and proceeded to apologize. Damage done. We paid our bill and 18% tip( bc times are hard).. we also gave one of the bus girls .. IMO your best employee $10.00 for being a hard worker and I heard her male manager being a jerk to her for no reason!!! That’s upsetting since she was not on her phone and working sooo hard! I wanted to email your establishment without making this public but unfortunately this was the only option We will not be back along with any other family members . Customer services was awful. So very sad.. we have used your establishment for big private events in the past. Times are tough but when your team is not performing even at the lowest level it’s hard to support your establishment.
Very disappointed, going way downhill....... Been a Conrads Norwood customer for 20 years now. Food quality lately very poor. Got a large salad for $8.50. The entire bottom was filled with cabbage pieces. There was not enough lettuce for one serving, let alone 2. The cucumbers (as always) were rancid. They need to use a ceramic knife to cut them, and stop cutting them too far ahead. We expected to split the "large" salad, but noticed that a small dinner salad was bigger than a large! We complained to our server, and then to Shawn the manager. He said that the large is always that size! couldn't even fill one plate???? He brought us 7 leafs of lettuce to add and told us that it was sized correctly and we were wrong. I want Bobby C to respond, we spend a LOT of money at Conrads. Also noticed all portions are smaller, the fried haddock is a skinny piece of fish surrounded by a lot of batter. So sad to see this happen, used to be such a nice place......
