I love chipotle food, but the recent service update needs work. I placed an order with doordash, and I simply wanted to add a spoon to the order so I could eat it. This is not an option on doordash, so I tried calling the restaurant. You cannot get anybody on the phone no matter what you do, and all you get is a robot on the other side. I was simply going to add a spoon into the back, something very simple, and it was made extremely difficult to do, and it wasn't done. I understand we're switching to a digital world, but there needs to be a system or I can easily add utensils to my order, and at Chipotle points to doordash. Out of all the people that are working there, one person can answer the phone. One star until it changes
This Norwood, MA location has seriously gone downhill in the last few years. Ordered three burrito bowls from here & each one was super disappointing. The bowls were sloppily put together & extremely sad looking upon opening. The bowls were unlabeled so it took about five minutes just determining whose belonged to who. They were also missing requested toppings without any notification of this. In the the first bowl, fajita veggies were missing, and roasted corn salsa was added in its place (not requested). There was an additional charge for the new pollo asada chicken; the bowl contained about six pieces of this chicken total. Half of the pieces were extremely fatty. It wasn’t even clear what the new chicken tasted like due to the lack of it in the bowl. In the second bowl, I received disgusting chicken that was chewy & undercooked. I also had the unpleasant surprise of biting into what appeared to be cartilage or bone. In the third bowl, the chicken was, again, of poor quality. The fajita veggies were also missing. Overall, my experience with this Chipotle was unacceptable, which would lead me to avoid ordering from them again.
Got a really small bowl and they didn’t put all toppings I requested.
if i was an employer id be upset at how this place is run. There were six customers and about 5 employees that i saw. 2 customers sitting down. 4 in line. They had to grab 4 employees to make the food and handle the cash register like it was during rush hour, but it wasnt. place was dead. Also the scooping area is disgusting, when they lift the trays up you see a bunch of hot water and rice just sogging up. The place was basically empty, try using a cloth to clean some of the area up. it takes one minute. Instead they just wipe the spillage around, pretended it was clean and just avoided making burritos on that spot. Give me a break, its really not that hard. And how come the supervisor/manager (she was giving orders to the cooks and cashiers so i knew she was higher level) can barely roll a burrito. it wasnt tight and when i opened it up all the juices sogged up the burrito. it shouldve been an enchilada. atleast they give u decent customer service so ill give 2 stars.
Its a good Chipotle, all the way up in norwood. Food tastes a little fresher than dedham's, but theyre both alright. The photo us the result of Pollo Asado, so get it quickly since its here for a limited time. Come swing by!
Placed an order for burritosWant them cut in half and didn't see any place to say that. I tried calling you and I got your horrible machine that kept saying I can place an order I just placed an order it was like the Catch-22 and I couldn't get them to transfer me to a person
Drove all the way there at 8'oclock, two hours before closing!!! Only to have them tell me at the door that they are closed and we can't even do mobile orders even though we called earlier and it said they were open until ten! This has happened multiple times and is unacceptable! Why say you are open if you aren't! Atleast make it so you can find out it's closed before driving all the way over to the location! Extremely disappointed and heated ?????
It constantly closes early despite the hours saying it is open for more than two more hours! We went once and it was closed at 5 in the afternoon! Even if you call it says it’s open and will allow you to place an order you can’t get! This is ridiculous, every time we make the trip we are disappointed yet again and have no way of finding out if it is actually open or closed without making the trip there. It happened yet again tonight!
under new management and just had the worst experience trying to get a quesadilla. awful employees. can’t even call the restaurant to complain because the phone calls don’t go anywhere but an automated message. better off going to the grocery store and making my own quesadilla at this point. would be less of a headache making my own corn salsa and rice than listening to an incompetent employee tell me what his new manager wants. insane.
I ordered through DoorDash. Asked for brown rice, pinto beans, sofritas, 2 salsas, guacamole, and lettuce. I received white rice, black beans, chicken, no salsa or guacamole, cheese, and no lettuce. That had to be intentional there’s no way y’all are that illiterate.
