Most disgusting bathrooms ever. It turned me against eating here. If they can take care of there bathrooms who’s to say they care for the rest of there food prepping area. Remember germs travel. So just remember when your putting that cheeseburger or whopper in your mouth. Think about it the bathrooms full of crap and fecal matter.
I ordered the big fish. They gave me a dry fish that had clearly been sitting out al day, which they smothered on extra tarter sauce to hide the fact it was dry. For over five dollars i was really hungry and ate it anyway, but i wont be back. I was getting sick of asking for cheese on every single burger anyway. This is the same place that in the past year gave me a raw rodeo burger.
I love the original chicken sandwich 6 bucks for two. Used the window this time..delicious

Loved this burger king for the employees ! Dawson is amazing he made my experience with ordering Wonderful ! He was patient I asked for things cooked to order and he didn't get upset with me for it . Then another woman employee and gentleman I believe he was a manager didn't get their names but all 3 of them made this trip for food a delight and I'm thankful for that . waited 15 minutes in their drive through just for them to turn everything off on us, after even SEEING us in line, knowing we had waited that long. not sure if it’s just laziness or pure incompetence. probably both.absolutely ridiculous.
Used to love the Whopper Jr....can't find a warm one at any of them in Boston. They definitely don't care or put any love in. I get it's fast food but DONT SERVE ANYTHING YOU WOULDN'T EAT!!!

What a scary place. The dude at the counter gave me the wrong order- he gave me the same order of guys ahead of me - and when I told him he immediately began to challenge me and said it was my fault. Yup. This is your help, BK. So, he THREW me my correct meal 5 minutes later. Yup. This is your help, BK. Will be going to the OTHER place across the street from now on. Send your BK animals to the zoo!!
This was the Norwood MA store on Rt. 1 Obviously understaffed at 6pm. No complaints about our order... just the long hold as each car reached the speaker and was told 'please wait'. And... there were only 2 of us there. We thought the vehicle in front of us must have broken down.
