I have eaten Bertucci's all over the Boston / Providence area. This Norwood restaurant was on my company's "lunch meeting list". So, I used them for a safety training meeting on Friday. Expectations were low but this pizza is good, real good. I bought one loaded meat and one loaded veggie and one just cheese. They were devoured within 10 minutes. The order was on-time and accurate and the staff was friendly. Good job guys!
Went there on a Sunday afternoon around 2 pm. Only 4 other guests present. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. At other restaurants, the sauce is usually too rich and the meatballs too heavy, but this plate was perfect. The pasta was cooked just right, the pomodoro sauce added just the right color, and the meatballs were filling but not heavy. Our server was attentive and helpful. I also loved the 60s music they were piping in. Perfect for a slow Sunday afternoon.
Amazing food! Great new menu. I visit this location often, dine in and take out. Most recent visit (5/15) was for takeout. Order was perfect and the customer service excellent. Friendly greeting as I opened the door. I dined in two weeks ago and the experience was just as great. The server was engaging, courteous and professional.
The food was okay however could have been better because some of it seemed a little burnt or overcooked and the bread was super hard. One of us tried a new drink that was out that day and it was terrible with no alcohol wouldn't recommend it. The waitress although new was super nice and very helpful which made up for the experience.
The big menu is back and a bunch of new items and some twists on old favorites!! Yummy.This place is run by a new management I guess. They’re very warm people. We liked the hospitality. This is how you should run a restaurant, right from mangers to waiters. Great job. Keep it up. ??

Every restaurant is feeling the heat, but I ordered food on March 24th missing items and they were aware still no refund. I called twice but I get the we will call you back BS! Just my refund would be nice! Thanks..
The service was great, the food not so much. Chicken Parmigiana was undercooked. Garlic Knots were way too drenched in oil. The salad was fine as was the Rigatoni Abruzzi. The bread was also very good as it came straight from the oven. Hopefully management sees this and makes better food.
Allie was very attentive, there was no wait & food was delicious.

My husband and I visit this restaurant regularly and our experience is always a positive one. Laura in management is pleasant and runs this restaurant extremely orderly like a well oiled machine. Her professionalism and personality is top notch. She is highly respected This last visit we had Mckenzie for a Waitress she was very accommodating, attentive and kind.
