Great drinks even though they're pricey. The barista's all seemed friendly and efficient. Waited about seven minutes for four drinks. I will probably return, although the store was a little dirty and disorganized.

Very nice people working here but they cannot grasp the concept of what light ice means.
This store has gone to the dogs. At least Second time used their mobile app to order 1lb of expresso beans.Showed available and went to pickup in mobile line. After waiting 5 went in mobile line went to front cashier. No idea how to find my purchase until manager appeared.Said they don’t update availability so will issue credit. What a total waste of time. And this isn’t the first time. It’s no wonder their business is down as they just aren’t dependable like they once were
Very busy, but still nice and clean. Staff was pleasant and quickly replaced a misunderstood order.
