I work in N Andover and I only usually order from 2 place here and one other spot called Pizza Factory.. Now once a month I do oder Chicken Broccoli Calzone so the last one I got they did with deli slice meat. Mind you I have 4 employees that looked at it with me and we all confirm it was slice meat it was sooo salty I had to give it away my thing is that I wrote to them and they told me they do not use slice meat. I know the difference between grill chicken and slice meat plus I have been ordering from them since August 2021 so I know it was different.. Nice doing business with you guys Thank you
We placed a large order and it was ready promptly in 20 minutes. Everyone's food was great and the portions were so generous. We will be ordering from here again.
visited for the first time last weekend, i loved the fact that a large steak bomb sub is TWO foot long subs. omg my cholesterol but so worth it! pizza was thin crust and good enough for this new yorker
The pizza was great so wasn't the french fries, I didn't even make it home to eat it, ate out in their parking lot.
Ordered pizza here to make a change from our usual place. So happy I did!! Absolutely delicious. The crust is amazing. Toppings are fresh.We will definitely make this our new favorite pizza go to place.
Good spot to take the kids. Friendly staff, food is delicious, and good atmosphere all over.
At 8:35 I called Stacheys of North Andover looking to order a small cheese pizza. After the first time I was hung up on, maybe too busy ok no problem I called 3 more times and was hung up on each time. I then went to the restaurant, living so close, and asked why I was being hung up on. I was told by the 16 year old running the front that the phones didn't ring. I called again standing there and miraculously the phone rang (LIE). A girl runs up front yelling don't take anymore orders it's too late now, it 8:40. I then asked, is that why I was hung up on 4 times?!" She then told me they don't take orders that late. Instead of answering the phone and saying " we are too busy to take more orders, sorry" I was ignored and then lied to! Reason #40 I will never order from Stacheys again. I tried to give it another chance but after this horrible experience with their staff I'll never go there again and I'm telling everyone around not to go either. Terrible business practice. Get it together!
This was one of the worst experiences i’ve had at a restaurant, service was horrible. I was served a roast beef sub that was cold, bread was stale, and it felt like it came out of a freezer.
Unfortunately had a pizza from this place tonight and it was a complete mess smdh like it was riding sideways in the delivery car. Sad part I tipped 14$ and most likely the drivers fault. Never again. You had 1 job !
Love this place,best pizza and subs around. The staff is always friendly and polite when they greet me at the counter. Highly recommended ?
