3 of my 5 visits there they either screwed up my order or completely neglected it, making me wait double. Very disorganized serving process.Food itself, esp the omelette, as bland as I've ever eaten.It must have taken great effort to actually fail making a decent lox bagel, but somehow they managed. One is greeted by a thin layer of cream cheese w small clump of lox placed in the very center instead of spreading over entire surface. Hey, it's not meant to be a Tootsie Pop!Can't believe I still tipped. Never again.
I’ve been buying bagels in NA since day one and I have to say, today I Am very disappointed!!!!I bought a dozen everything bagels before heading to my visit my son and his family. I opened the bag and couldn’t believe what I saw!!! I had a bag of mini bagels which looked 40 % smaller than usual. I hope this is not a new trend!!! I’ll be back to try again. Thanks for listening!!!
Decent selection my only issue was WAY to much cream cheese on my sandwich. Hand to take some off. But other than that delicious

Absolutely delicious bagels, freshly made everyday. Coffee is good as well! New bagel everyday which was cool, staff is very friendly

I haven't been to Perfectos for a year. I was in line at Butcher Boy for my meats. I have been to Perfecto before the best French Toast Bagel I ever had with Maple Butter. Easy to eat 2 in a row, coffe is great as well.
Good coffee and pastries and more. Hard to find a seat most of the time though. It's five stars for in and out though
I don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance. Almost 45 minutes for an online order of a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. They are always totally flustered and never know what’s going on or who ordered what. All for a mediocre, microwaved sandwich that was worse than dunks. Weak as heck coffee, I’ll venture to say they are only popular with people that don’t actually like coffee but need a ton of add ons to drink it which they excel at.
Coffee here is always great. Got the chicken panini and there was no chicken what so ever.
