Hot, fast, close to home! Today…they had the answer to life, the universe, and everything!
The chicken thighs on the Citrus Asian Crunch Chicken Salad were swimming in soy sauce so therefore so was the salad. I ordered dressing on the side but the soy totally over powered the entire thing- inedible! And the Mango smoothie had NO MANGO! It was white- tasted like milk and yogurt- disgusting! I’m giving 1 star for the prompt delivery.
My daughter ordered and paid for a breakfast to be delivered to my wife on Mother's day 2022. The breakfast was not delivered. When I phoned Panera I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then told I should call back because "We're very busy here." I reminded the manager "Judith" that I was a customer also. When I called back no one answered despite repeat attempts on my part. No breakfast for Mom...no refund...no courtesy. Boo.
The previous post couldn't be more accurate! I used to love Panera until I started working here and realized how the back is extremely un sanitary. Bakers would be dropping bread on the floor and putting it on the racks to slice up and sell. The food is rarely replaced when it goes bad instead they just keep on changing the date tag on it. During the overnights when the café is closed I've seen Bakers and management SMOKING CIGARETTES INSIDE NEXT TO THE FOOD! USING SINK WATER AND BARE HANDS TO MAKE THE COFFEE! As well as the staff not following basic hygiene such as washing hands, touching prepared food with bare hands and using dirty utensils such as knives to cut various products. Save yourselves! There is a handful of wonderful cafes in North Andover/Andover, dont settle for this dump! I really recommend Cracked cafe!
Very unclean environment, was forced to work even after I threw up at work. Majority of the food is just frozen food that is warmed in the microwave such as the Mac n cheese, teriyaki bowl and the soups. At night the bakers smoke inside the building next to the food! This Panera is a call away from being shutdown by health services. The prices they charge for hospital quality food is honestly comical:)
I eat here all the time, and I was using the restroom T the same time as one of the kitchen staff(I think he was a manager). Afterwards he proceeded to just rinse his hands for 2 seconds under water, no soap, then go right back to work. I’m now canceling my app subscription to Panera.
I have been ordering from Panera Bread in North Andover MA for years, only because my kids love their food. We love their food for sure but they have ABSOLUTELY THE WORST service. Every order is missing something, a smoothie, a cookie, a $7.00 mac n cheese that I ordered... EVERY TIME. We started to have a family joke that we would bet on which item will be missing whenever we placed an order. They are very PREDICTABLE in consistently missing items we ordered. Every time I called back, they would apologize but it never improved. If they never improve their service and the only thing they did was to apologize for mis-delivering items, their apology meant nothing. I was talking to a friend about my experience and was told they had the same worst experience and stopped buying from them completely. This is the WORST service from all the service provider I have used. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
The bakery selection is badThey always out of stock.The bread become super expensive.And the food quality doesn't go to the right direction(15 years ago they used to be one of the best bakeries chin in the US. Today even so they keep their prices like they are the best, they are not more then ok minus option )
With the order ahead option it is very easy to purchase your meals and pick up relatively fast. Parking can be a bit of a hassle as there are usually a lot of people in that plaza. Customer service is top notch and greet you as soon as they’re available (if there is a line and you’re just standing on the side waiting for your to-go order). For those who are dining in the place is clean and well spaced.
