OMG!! I was visiting from Commiefornia and my cousins brought me here. Best Toast Beef sandwich I have ever had!!!!
Great RB sandwich, quick service, helpful staff. Guy complaining that they don't have a large enough staff and calling it 'embarrassing' (?) must live under a rock -- nationwide labor shortages going on two years now, service industry hit hardest. Service was very fast in my experience anyways, no longer than 5 mins to get my food.

Just moved to the area for a new job in andover and tried this gem of a restaurant for lunch today. I was completely blown away with how delicious the roast beef sandwich was. So unbelievably fresh and tender, it melts in your mouth. And the BBQ sauce was the perfect sweet compliment to the beef. If you havent tried it yet, you really need to. I will definitely be back for future lunch breaks!
When it comes to getting a real North Shore Roast beef sandwich. Harrisons is the gold standard, full stop.Best way to order? Order a roast beef 3 -way, yes its called a 3-way. Any Roast beef joint North of Boston knows what it is.( American cheese, mayo and BBQ sauce.) Andover locals are blessed having Harrisons in their backyard. Their fries and rings are amazing as well. They have a cool selection on sodas as well.
Excellent roast beef sandwiches! Easily the best in the area. Also, their mozzarella sticks are unreal and can’t be missed!

Food is great. But standing in line look at how dirty there cash register is. It turned me off
Very good food. Beef and fries are the goto. But having 3 employees during mid week lunch time is just embarrassing. Havent had a chance to eat here in over a year due to the line wrapping around the entire building. Get your act together guys.
