1 star because of an employee Anthony who is extremely rude and yells at people in the drive thru ! If you want to be miserable that’s on you but don’t take your attitude to work because it brings down the whole business WHICH you clearly care about because you almost took my friends life over a 2.00 donuts that’s not even your direct profit slow down killer get ya head right.

They make you go through the drive through even if you have a mobile order. It’s not an actual Dunkin’ location. The building is literally falling apart too.
Three days in a row they can't get right they make the coffee for somebody else not you
Regional Manager Mr. Schneider sold another walk up truck driver coffee but wouldn’t sale me a cup we are both truck drivers in this pandemic. He said for Saftey well why did you dale him some. This coffee shop at this location is low quality.
If I could give this place less than one star I would. Average wait time is about 15 minutes, they lock the doors so you have to go through the drive through, and they only take one order at a time
If I could give a ZERO I WOULD!! I had the worst coffee of my life from this place yesterday.... should have thrown it out the window!! I ordered HOT COFFEE and it was COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tasted terrible too!!!! I stopped DRINKING DD AND haven't visited a store in over a year.... YOU HAVE LOST A REGULAR COFFEE DRINKING CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I MAKE BETTER COFFEE AT HOME.
This location seriously needs a manager present. Staff is super unprofessional and goof off while taking orders and talking to customers. They refused to give management numbers.
