They will ignore you at the drive thru even an hour and a half before close time
This Dunkins has been terrible for a long time. Got a large hot Holiday Blend coffee. Coffee tasted like it had been brewing for a long time. It was very bitter and tasted burnt. The young people standing and not working behind the counter are complaining about their job for everyone to hear. Very disorganized. Where is the shift manager? And are there anyone working over the age of 21 ?
Unorganized on the inside. They gave me the wrong drink. Food was stale. Drive-thru was slow, most likely because of the aforementioned chaos inside. Overall layout of the building was a mess. Only positive is convenience, but drive a mile or so on the same road and go to McDonald's.
Great customer service, great speed, great performance, the best dunkin visit; my sugar was melted properly!
Don't go there after 4pm.The Drive thru people takes 20 minutes just to ask you how can i help you.Worse service ever. Disappointed!!!They need to hire more staff for afternoons and evenings shifts.
Food was great, service was good. Parking was a nightmare. I got trapped in for a while as I was leaving because of the long line behind me.
I go here often for my grandkids, they love the munchkins and egg.wraps. Always fast good service and the ladies that work are pretty Hot. Lol
This Dunkin’ Donuts needs to get it together big-time!!! That’s all I have to say “get it together!!!”
Most of the time my coffee is made just right. Always busy in the am!
We just stopped by for a box of munchkins and a box of different types of donuts. They put all the donuts in one big paper bag! What was supposed to be a delicious snack for our kids got tossed in the trash (totally gross)!
